15-Day Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Musk Al Hijaz. If you are not happy with your purchase, our 15-day return policy has you covered.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and attars cannot be returned.

Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Unopened products can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value within 15 days (any price difference to be paid by the customer).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa). Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched.
